Return & Exchange Policy

General PolicyAll sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is found to be defective or damaged. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Defective ItemsIf you receive a defective item or an item with manufacturing faults, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt (including public holidays).Since defects may be discovered after opening, the item does not need to be in "unopened" condition. However, we do not accept returns for damages caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling.

Non-Returnable ConditionsWe cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  1. The request is made more than 7 days after receipt.

  2. The damage is caused by human error, misuse, abrasion, or scratches.

  3. The returned item is missing parts or accessories.

  4. There is evidence of malicious or excessive return requests.

Return Process

  1. Contact Support: Provide your "Order Number", "Phone Number", "Product Name", and "Photos/Videos of the defect".

  2. Verification: Our team will review your request.

  3. Pack the Item: Prepare the item and the invoice (if applicable).

  4. Return the Item: Choose one of the following methods:

    • In-Store Drop-off: Bring the item to our designated store.

    • Courier Pickup: We will arrange a courier to collect the item.

  5. Completion: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will proceed with the exchange or refund.

Refund MethodWe do not offer cash or credit card refunds.Once your return is approved, the refund will be issued strictly as Store Credit (E-Coupon). This credit can be used for your future purchases with us.
